(A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings: (1) Construction Materials and Technology: Assignment (30%) + Workshop (20%) + Exam (50%) (2) Land Surveying and Construction Drawing: Assignment (30%) + Workshop (7.5%) + Tutorial (12.5%) + Exam (50%) (3) Structures: Assignment (50%) + Exam (50%) (4) Building Internal Environment: Test (15%) + Workshop (15%) + Tutorial (20%) + Exam (50%) (5) Building Technology and Services: Workshop (50%) + Exam (50%) (6) Construction Economics: Assignment (15%) + Workshop (35%) + Exam (50%) (7) Management for Construction: Assignment (50%) + Exam (50%) (8) Construction Law and Contract: Workshop (50%) + Exam (50%) (B) Completion Requirements: (1) Overall passing mark of 40% or above for each module. (C) CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) Satisfy the minimum attendance requirement of 70 % for each module (2) Overall passing mark of 50% or above for each module.

Entry Requirement / 入學要求
a) Five HKDSE subjects at Level 2 or above, including English and Chinese Languages, or equivalent, with two years relevant work experience; or b) Five HKCEE subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above, including English and Chinese Languages, or equivalent, with three years relevant work experience; or c) Completion of a QF Level 3 programme, or equivalent, with one year relevant work experience or currently employed; or d) Relevant RPL qualification(s) at QF Level 3 or above; or e) IVE Diploma/Higher Certificate in a relevant subject or equivalent qualification in the construction discipline; or f) Mature applicants, i.e. those aged 21 or above, with three years relevant work experience may be admitted subject to passing an interview and/or written test.

Instructor's Qualifications / 導師資歷
A relevant recognized degree, or equivalent; and 3 years' relevant experience.
