Entry Requirement / 入學要求
(1) the Provisional Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) licence issued by the Property Management Service Authority, or (2) at least a total of 10 years within the 15 years immediately before the commencement of the transition period in a managerial role in the property management sector with either one of the following qualification: (a) Five HKDSE subjects at Level 2 or above, including English and Chinese Languages; or (b) Completion of a QF Level 3 programme that is deemed acceptable to the respective Programme Board; or (c) Relevant RPL qualification(s) at QF Level 3 or above
Instructor's Qualifications / 導師資歷
(1) A recognized Master's degree in housing management / facilities management or equivalent, preferably with a doctoral degree; (2) At least 3 years' teaching / working experience at tertiary level in Hong Kong or relevant industry experience; (3) Sound knowledge and experience* in related subjects; (4) Good communication and presentation skills, and writing skills in both in English and Chinese; and (5) Preference will be given to candidates with membership of professional institutions (*Candidate must have three years or above supervisory /managerial experience in property or facility management and be able to demonstrate his/her knowledge in any two module aspects during recruitment interview.)
