A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings: 1) Continuous Assessment (CA): (30% for take-home assessment; 20% for in-class meeting/ discussion) 2) End-of-Module Assessment (EA): One Final Examination (50%) (B) Completion Requirements and CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) Attain a minimum attendance rate of 70%; AND (2) At least 40% of both overall CA and EA marks; AND (3) At least 50% of overall mark
Entry Requirement / 入學要求
1. Five HKDSE subjects at Level 2 or above, including English and Chinese Languages with 2 or more years’ relevant full-time work experience; or 2. Five HKCEE subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above, including English* and Chinese Languages with 3 or more years’ relevant full-time work experience; or 3. Completion of a QF Level 3 programme that is deemed acceptable to the respective Programme Committee; or 4. Relevant Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) qualification(s) at QF Level 3 or above AND a pass in an admission interview; or 5. Other relevant verifiable prior learning and/or work experience that is/are deemed appropriate by respective Programme Committee AND a pass in an admission interview. * Applicants who took HKCEE English Language in 2006 or before should have attained Grade E or above (Syllabus B) / Grade C or above (Syllabus A) Entry requirements for mature applicants are: 1. Aged 23 years old or above with at least 2 years of relevant full-time work experience subject to a satisfactory admission interview.
Instructor's Qualifications / 導師資歷
1) A relevant recognised degree or professional qualification, preferably with post-graduate qualification. 2) At least 3 years' relevant teaching or industry experience. 3) Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
