(A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings: Module 1 - Final Exam 40% - Assignment 40% - Presentation 10% - Class Participation 10% Module 2 - Final Exam 40% - Assignment 30% - Presentation 20% - Class Participation 10% Module 3 to 4 - Final Exam 30% - Assignment 40% - Presentation 20% - Class Participation 10% Module 5 - Assignment 30% - Presentation 20% - Project 40% - Class Participation 10% Module 6 - Assignment 60% - Case Studies 30% - Class Participation 10% Module 7 - Presentation 40% - Project 40% - Class Participation 20% (B) Completion Requirements and CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) At least 70% of the total contact hours of the CEF course (2) Obtain overall pass grade D (which is equivalent to 50%) for each module.

Entry Requirement / 入學要求
(A) GRADUATES OF THE CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME IN SKILLS OF SUPPORTING CHILD AND ADOLESCENT GROWTH OFFERED BY CUSCS OR EQUIVALENT; (B) LEVEL 2 IN FIVE SUBJECTS IN HKDSE ( INCLUDING CHINESE LANGUAGE AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE) OR EQUIVALENT PLUS A MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE; OR (C) AGED 21 OR ABOVE AND COMPLETION OF SECONDARY FIVE.

QUALIFIED TEACHING STAFF WILL BE RECRUITED, WITH A HIGHER DEGREE IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION OR SPECIAL EDUCATION OR RELATED DISCIPLINES AND AT LEAST ONE YEAR TEACHING EXPERIENCE.
