(A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings: (1) Vocational Safety Training for Cruise Services A (Test (50%) + Workshop (30%) + Assignment (20%)) (2) Fire Safety Training for Cruise Services (Test (40%) + Workshop (40%) + Assignment (20%)) (3) Vocational Safety Training for Cruise Services B (Test (80%) + Workshop (0%) + Assignment (20%)) (4) Cruise Operations (Test (20%) + Assignment (30%) + Exam (50%)) (5) Workplace Practices (Review by Job Attachment Coordinator (60%) + Exam (40%)) (B) Completion Requirements: (1) Satisfy the minimum attendance requirement of 70% for each module and (2) Overall passing mark of 40% or above for each module. (C) CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) Satisfy the minimum attendance requirement of 70% for each module and (2) Overall passing mark of 50% or above for each module.
Entry Requirement / 入學要求
(1) Completion of S6 under the new academic structure with HKDSE English at Level 1 or above; or equivalent, with work experience or currently employed; or (2) Completion of S5 under the old academic structure with HKCEE English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007) at Level 1 / Grade F or above; or equivalent, with work experience or currently employed; or (3) Completion of a QF Level 2 programme that is deemed acceptable to the respective Programme Board; or equivalent, with work experience or currently employed; or (4) Relevant Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) qualification(s) at QF Level 2 or above with work experience or currently employed; or (5) Mature applicants, i.e. those aged 21 or above with at least two years’ relevant working experience, may be admitted. Where appropriate, the applicant may be required to pass an entrance assessment, which can be in an oral and/or written form.
Instructor's Qualifications / 導師資歷
A relevant recognized degree, or equivalent; and 3 years' relevant experience.
