(A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings: (1) Module 1: Assignment 80%; Class participation 20% (2) Module 2: Assignment 80%; Class participation 20% (3) Module 3: Assignment 80%; Class participation 20% (4) Module 4: Assignment 80%; Class participation 20% (5) Module 5: Assignment 80%; Class participation 20% (6) Module 6: Assignment 80%; Class participation 20% (7) Module 7: Assignment 80%; Class participation 20% (B) Completion Requirements and CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) have an attendance rate of 70% or above in each module; and (2) have passed the assessment (which is equivalent to 50%) of each module.

(1) Completion of secondary education, or equivalent; or (2) Aged 21 or above.

Instructor's Qualifications / 導師資歷
Qualified teaching staff will be drawn from global universities, industries or related fields, with a master degree or equivalent, and a minimum of two years’ teaching experience in the relevant disciplines or equivalent professional experiences.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Humanistic Buddhist Culture (15 hours) Module 2: Humanistic Buddhism and Business Administration (15 hours) Module 3: Fundamentals of Corporate Management (15 hours) Module 4: Humanistic Buddhist Management Practice (15 hours) Module 5: Humanistic Buddhist Life Management (15 hours) Module 6: Humanistic Buddhist Communication Management (15 hours) Module 7: Humanistic Buddhism and Business Ethics (15 hours) 1. The sequence of module delivery may vary in different intakes. 2. CUSCS exemption policy: A module taken at CUSCS or elsewhere will be recognized as equivalent to a CUSCS module if it is comparable in objectives and learning outcomes as QF Level or academic standard, and provides the student with sufficient knowledge to pursue his/her study at CUSCS. The total no. of hours* exempted should not exceed 50% of the total amount of CUSCS programme studied. [*Applicable for part-time programmes]
