(A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings: Module 1, 4 to 5 - Final Exam 40% - Assignment 30% - Presentation 20% - Class Participation 10% Module 2 - Final Exam 30% - Assignment 30% - Presentation 20% - Project 10% - Class Participation 10% Module 3 - Assignment 50% - Presentation 40% - Class Participation 10% Module 6 - Assignment 30% - Presentation 30% - Project 30% - Class Participation 10% Module 7 - Presentation 30% - Project 70% (B) Completion Requirements and CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) At least 70% of the total contact hours of the CEF course (2) Obtain overall pass grade D (which is equivalent to 50%) for each module.

Entry Requirement / 入學要求
1. HAVE SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF AN ASSOCIATE DEGREE / HIGHER DIPLOMA IN RELATED DISCIPLINES; OR EQUIVALENT; OR 2. BE A QUALIFIED KINDERGARTEN TEACHER (QKT); OR 3. BE A REGISTERED CHILD CARE WORKER (CCW); OR 4. AGED 21 OR ABOVE*. *INTERVIEWS MAY BE REQUIRED.

QUALIFIED TEACHING STAFF WILL BE RECRUITED, WITH A HIGHER DEGREE IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION OR SPECIAL EDUCATION OR RELATED DISCIPLINES AND AT LEAST ONE YEAR TEACHING EXPERIENCE.
