(A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings: (1) Module 1: Facilitating Career Development: The Exploring Phase: Assignment 100% (2) Module 2: Facilitating Career Development: The Understanding Phase: Assignment 100% (3) Module 3: Facilitating Career Development: The Action Phase: Assignment 30%; Case Studies: 70% (4) Module 4: Group Facilitation for Career Development: Assignment 70%; Group work: 30% (5) Module 5: Advanced Facilitation Skills: Assignment 70%; Group work: 30% (6) Module 6: Assessment Tools and Practices: Case Studies 70%; Experiential group work: 30% (7) Module 7: Career Development Theories and Practice: Assignment 70%; Role Play: 30% (8) Module 8: Facilitating Career Development for Specific Targets: Case studies 70%; Role Play: 30% (B) Completion and CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) At least 70% of the total contact hours of the CEF course (2) obtain grade D / Pass (which is equivalent to 50%) for each module
Entry Requirement / 入學要求
1) Holder of an Associate degree or equivalent with at least 8 years of working experience; OR 2) Holder of a bachelor degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience; OR 3) Holder of a master degree or equivalent with at least 1 year of working experience; OR 4) Holder of a doctorate degree or equivalent.
Instructor's Qualifications / 導師資歷
1. Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) Trainers or 2. Credentialed GCDFs with master qualifications in counseling or 3. Practicing counselors with experience in facilitation for career or life planning.

(1) Module 1: Facilitating Career Development: The Exploring Phase (16 hrs) (2) Module 2: Facilitating Career Development: The Understanding Phase (16 hrs) (3) Module 3: Facilitating Career Development: The Action Phase (16 hrs) (4) Module 4: Group Facilitation for Career Development (8 hrs) (5) Module 5: Advanced Facilitation Skills (8 hrs) (6) Module 6: Assessment Tools and Practices (8 hrs) (7) Module 7: Career Development Theories and Practice (8 hrs) (8) Module 8: Facilitating Career Development for Specific Targets (8 hrs) *The sequence of delivery may vary in different intakes. CUSCS exemption policy: - A module taken at CUSCS or elsewhere will be recognized as equivalent to a CUSCS module if it is comparable in objectives and learning outcomes as QF Level or academic standard, and provides the student with sufficient knowledge to pursue his/her study at CUSCS. The total no. of hours* exempted should not exceed 50% of the total amount of CUSCS programme studied. *Applicable for part-time programmes.
