(A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings: Modules: (1) 物業維修保養 (2) 租務及財務處理 ((a)Continuous Assessment: (i)In-Class Activities: 40%; (b)Examination: 60%) (3) 物業管理服務 (4) 物業管理法規 (5) 物業財務及人事管理 (6) 設施保養及改善 (7) 環境及設施管理 ((a)Continuous Assessment: (i)Tutorial: 10% (ii)Case Study / Project / Workshop: 15% (iii)In-Class Activities: 15%; (b)Examination: 60%) (8) 物業設施巡查 (9) 環境美化督導 (10) 公共設施管理 (11) 管業人手安排及督導 ((a)Continuous Assessment: (i)Case Study / Project / Workshop: 60% (ii)In-Class Activities: 40%) (B) Course Completion Requirements: (1) Overall passing mark:40% (2) Passing mark: 40% for each module (3) Attendance requirement: 0% (C) CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) Attendance Requirement: 70% for each module (2) Passing mark: 50% for each module

Entry Requirement / 入學要求
(a) Five HKDSE subjects at Level 2 or above, including English Language and Chinese Language and with relevant work experience; OR (b) Five HKCEE subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above, including English Language and Chinese Language and with at least 1 year relevant work experience; OR (c) Completion of a QF Level 3 programme that is deemed acceptable to the Business Management Programme Board and with at least 1 year relevant work experience; OR (d) Relevant Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) qualification(s) at QF Level 3 or above AND a pass in an entrance assessment, which can be either oral or written; OR (e) Other relevant verifiable prior learning and/or work experience that is/are deemed appropriate by the Business Management Programme Board AND a pass in an entrance assessment, which can be either oral or written; OR (f) Equivalent.

Instructor's Qualifications / 導師資歷
A recognised degree in related fields or equivalent professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and/or industry experience; Good communication, presentation, teaching, and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese
