(A) Assessment Methods and Weighting: The assessment includes Continuous Assessment (CA) and End-of-Module Assessment (EA). (CA:EA, 40%:60%) (2) Fundamental Services In Buildings (4) Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation Systems and Installations (7) Specialized Systems (8) Fire Safety Protection System (CA:EA, 50%:50%) (1) Architectural Planning and Building Technology (3) Maintenance Management (5) Electrical Services and Installations (6) Piped Services and Installations (B) Completion Requirements: (1) Overall passing mark of 40% or above for each module. (C) CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) Overall passing mark of 50% or above for each module. (2) Satisfy the minimum attendance requirement of 70 % for each module.
Entry Requirement / 入學要求
(1) Five HKDSE subjects at Level 2 or above, including English and Chinese Languages, or equivalent, with one year’s work experience; OR (2) Five HKCEE subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above, including English and Chinese Languages, or equivalent, with two years’ work experience; OR (3) Completion of a QF Level 3 programme, or equivalent, with one year’s work experience or currently employed; OR (4) Relevant RPL qualification(s) at QF Level 3 or above AND pass an entrance assessment, which can be in an oral and/or written form; OR (5) Mature applicants, i.e. those aged 21 or above at least three years’ relevant work experience may also be accepted. Where appropriate, the applicant may be required to pass an entrance assessment, which can be in an oral and/or written form. Applicants may be required to attend an interview.

(1) A relevant recognized degree, or equivalent; and (2) 3 years' relevant experience.
