Course Overview
INTRODUCTION
Recent years have seen a stagnation in occupational safety and health (OSH) performance, particularly with an uptick in both accidents and fatal incidents on construction sites. To address these challenges, an innovative approach is essential. Generative AI technology—a promising solution that can significantly enhance the efficiency of OSH practitioners. This technology streamlines paperwork, accelerates safety communications, develops more effective training programs, etc.
This certificate program is crafted to equip OSH professionals, including safety officers, safety supervisors, project managers, site engineers, etc. with the skills necessary to harness Generative AI technologies in their OSH roles. As the industrial landscape evolves swiftly, the adoption of advanced AI tools becomes vital to boosting workplace safety standards. The curriculum explores the basics of Generative AI and its practical applications within OSH areas.
Participants will learn how to use AI-driven solutions to improve safety, streamline compliance, and enhance risk management. The course covers the latest AI technologies, including chatbots, digital humans, and emerging tools like VR/AR, through lectures, case studies, and hands-on sessions
