I believe most people know how to create an account- it is something very basic. Also, as of 2025, there have been some changes—you can now simply scan to receive the code instead of entering your phone number/ there are a lot more things that need to be revised in this course.

Erin is a great coach. She shows her students how to do the things she discusses in her classes. She does not talk about something without showing by example. She encourages students to go through things so they understand what she is teaching.

I am trying to learn calendar management. Work as an executive assistant and line manager to an examinations body. They have their own PAs so I only look at my own calendar and carry out exec work for them. Now I am working from home so interested in taking on additional work that may necessitate looking at another client's calendar. Think I will need to do the start of the course again as a refresher. Think the presenter was very informative.
