The mentor's voice is crisp and clear, easy to understand, but could be slower paced and include more straightforwardness, with the more intricate details following after. Avoid unnecessary commentary, such as explaining the UK's way of bank holidays, as it is distracting. Example: Basics on how to operate calendars first (how to add and delete dates and times, what the legend represents), followed by how to operate advanced calendar settings (how to navigate details/options, how to add and delete calendars).
