The instructor, David, breaks down all the important homebuying concepts in a relaxed and friendly manner. I REALLY wish I had taken this course the first and second time I bought homes but I am grateful to have it going into my third investment property. Even having been through the homebuying process a couple of times before, I am still learning great strategies for how to best maximize my real estate investments. I would recommend this course for first-time, second-time, third-time buyers and beyond. There are so many great insights on how to navigate the real estate market and make the best choices for you and your family regarding refinancing, resale, and planning for retirement and estate planning.
