Course Overview
- In this one-day* course, students engage in discussions and exercises to explore practical uses of AI tools and techniques to help them as a Scrum Master and to learn how to enable their Scrum Teams and organization to effectively use AI.
- Throughout this course, participants gain the skills and confidence to harness AI effectively, ensuring they enable high-performing Scrum Teams in an ever-evolving digital landscape. Ultimately, an effective Scrum Master should understand AI, its impact and how to apply it. This training prepares students with a greater understanding of AI and how it can be applied for use by Scrum Teams.
- The course also includes a free attempt at the globally recognized Professional Scrum Master™ – AI Essentials (PSM-AI Essentials) certification exam.
