Course Overview
INTRODUCTION
A business’s success depends on the quality of its external communication; a business executive’s success depends on the qualit y of his or her communication skills. In short, a mastery of effective business writing means the success of your company and yourself, so it is imperative that writing skills be improved in order to save valuable time and enhance efficiency. Good writing will certainly impress your clients and foster a positive image of your company.
This course is designed for executives who feel that they would better transmit and organize their ideas if their writing skills were refined. It will focus on common errorsencountered in writing and emphasis will be placed on the flow of logic and ideas. Step-by-step guidelines, together with comprehensive and practical cases, will be suggested.
Finally, it will teach participants what is good communication and how to achieve it. It is an all-round package which examines different aspects and requirements of writing in a business environment.

Upon completion of the course, participants should be able to remove cliches and dead wood from their writing and communicate with smooth and organized flow of ideas. You should also know how to communicate in a persuasive and confident tone, and how to express yourself in a clear and logical way
