(A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings: (1) Continuous Assessment: 50% (2) End-of-Module Assessment: 50% (B) Course Completion Requirements and CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) Overall passing mark: 60% (2) Passing Mark: 60% for each module (3) Attendance requirement: 80%
Entry Requirement / 入學要求
(A) (1) Five HKDSE subjects at Level 2 or above, including English and Chinese Languages; or (2) Completion of a QF Level 3 programme that is deemed acceptable to the respective Programme Board; or (3) Relevant RPL qualification(s) at QF Level 3 or above; or (4) Provisional Property Management Practitioner (PMP) (Tier 2) Licence; or (5) Equivalent. (B) plus Possession of at least a total of 5 years within the 8 years immediately before the commencement of the transition period in a managerial role in the property management sector.
Instructor's Qualifications / 導師資歷
(1) A recognized Master's degree in housing management / facilities management or equivalent, preferably with a doctoral degree; (2) At least 3 years' teaching / working experience at tertiary level in Hong Kong or relevant industry experience; (3) Sound knowledge and experience* in related subjects; (4) Good communication and presentation skills, and writing skills in both in English and Chinese; and (5) Preference will be given to candidates with membership of professional institutions (*Candidate must have three years or above supervisory /managerial experience in property or facility management and be able to demonstrate his/her knowledge in any two module aspects during recruitment interview.)
