(A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings: (1) Exam (50%) (2) Oral Presentation (50%) (B) Completion Requirements: (1) At least 40% of overall passing mark (C) CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) At least 50% of overall passing mark (2) At least 70% of the total contact hours

Entry Requirement / 入學要求
(1) Applicants must hold a Higher Diploma or Associate Degree from VTC in a relevant subject area or equivalent. AND (2) English Language Entry Requirement (a) Applicants, who have successfully completed a Hong Kong Higher Diploma or Associate Degree, taught and assessed in English, and have studied it for at least two years are exempted from completing an English Language test. (b) The following applicants are also exempted from an English Language test: (i) Applicants who have studied a UK degree overseas or by distance learning, and who have successfully completed a minimum 120 credits at Level 4 and 120 credits at Level 5 within the UK Higher Education Framework; (ii) Applicants who have studied in the English medium at upper secondary and graduated with Advanced Levels / International Baccalaureate / United States High School Diploma; and (iii) Applicants who have successfully completed a degree at a United States / Australian / Canadian university campus overseas. (c) For all other students, the English Language test requirement (minimum score) is: (i) IELTS 6.5 (ii) TOEFL 550 (iii) TOEFL (Internet based): 89

(a) Master’s Degree and/or equivalent professional qualification (b) a minimum of 4 years’ relevant teaching/working experience [On an exception basis, teaching staff who do not fully meet the above appointment criteria will only be appointed with justifications supporting the candidates’ capability to teach the module.]
